The Phoenicia Flea at the Dobbs Ferry Waterfront Park

Phoenicia Flea, the nomadic market of makers & merchants from the Catskills, Hudson Valley + beyond, is returning to the Dobbs Ferry Waterfront on June 1st during RiverArts Music Tour. Picture Book is looking forward to our third year of popping up with them! We’ll bring a beautiful and quirky selection of books for all ages, including art books, graphic novels for kids, new fiction, and the most artistic and delightful picture books loved by parents and children.
